Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Talent and Engagement to drive strategic global initiatives that enhance talent acquisition, retention, performance, and leadership development. This individual will work closely with global leadership to foster a culture of growth, learning, and succession planning. The role will focus on aligning our workforce capabilities with business goals and optimizing talent engagement strategies to support long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentorship & Development: Lead training and mentoring initiatives for HR teams and leadership, focusing on best practices in talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, aligning goals with business strategy, and implementing strategies for continuous feedback and career growth.
- Succession Planning: Develop and manage a global succession planning strategy, identifying critical roles and ensuring organizational continuity through strategic talent development.
- Learning & Development: Design and implement employee development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and preparing the next generation of leaders.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead strategic workforce planning and ensure a positive candidate experience, promoting the organization as an Employer of Choice.
- Employee Engagement: Champion initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction, working closely with leadership to ensure accountability and progress.
- Compliance & Culture: Ensure programs adhere to labor laws and regulations, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Technology Optimization: Collaborate with IT and HR operations teams to ensure the effective implementation and use of HR software platforms to enhance the employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred)
- 8-10 years of talent management experience, with at least 2 years in a global capacity
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Manufacturing experience and exposure to global, matrixed organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR software, SAP SuccessFactors preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
