Job SummaryThe HR Analyst supports the deployment and execution of large-scale learning and development (L&D) programs across multiple business lines for one of Canada’s top financial institutions. This role combines program coordination, data analytics, and stakeholder management, providing exposure to enterprise-wide HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities

Support the Lead Learning Solution Architect (LSA) in the execution of major L&D initiatives, including leadership development and training programs.
Conduct data analysis using LMS systems and translate findings into executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.
Manage program coordination activities: scheduling, attendance tracking, and vendor onboarding.
Identify and escalate potential risks impacting annual plan execution to the Lead LSA.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, taking meeting minutes and following up on required actions.
Process and oversee intake submissions for learning programs involving COEs, business management, and vendor teams.
Manage ad-hoc business LMS requests, including course setup and specification approvals.
Research and recommend off-the-shelf or vendor learning solutions as requested by business partners.
Analyze learner data, participation, and success measures for continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process improvements for tracking, reporting, and documentation tools.
Support budgeting and reporting activities, including workshop audience analysis.
Help resolve daily escalations regarding course functionality, exemptions, and learning system issues.

Required Experience

5-7 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or program coordination.
Post-secondary education or professional certificate in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Education, Business).
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, analyze data, and deliver polished executive materials.
