Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled
Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant with a strong background in
Human-Centered Design (HCD) to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and consulting on innovative learning solutions tailored to meet organizational needs while ensuring a user-centered approach
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning & Development Strategy
- Develop and implement: Comprehensive L&D strategies that are directly aligned with the organization's overall business goals and the evolving needs of its employees
- Learning Program Development & Delivery
- Design and deliver: Engaging and impactful training programs and workshops utilizing Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to enhance employee engagement and performance
- Develop: High-quality learning materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and guides, tailored to the specific needs and learning styles of target audiences
- Consultation & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely: With cross-functional teams across the organization to assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
- Provide expert consultation: On all aspects of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and HCD methodologies
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay abreast of: The latest trends in L&D, HCD, and technology-driven learning solutions
- Promote: A culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization by exploring and implementing new and innovative learning approaches

Qualifications:

- Strong consultation and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, content creation tools, and digital learning systems
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HCD, Design Thinking, or related methodologies.
Experience working in diverse and multicultural environments.
Familiarity with measuring ROI for learning programs.
