Role Description
This is a volunteer remote role for a Senior HR Strategist at CrowdDoing. The Senior HR Strategist will co-create innovative and human-centered HR solutions, leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the organization's mission and values.
Qualifications
- HR Strategy Development, HR Solutions, and HR Innovation skills
- Experience in co-creating human-centered HR strategies
- Knowledge of volunteer management and engagement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the non-profit or social impact sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
