About The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic
Business Development Manager to drive our growth in Asia. This is a unique opportunity to shape Oxford Royale’s presence in a key international market, building relationships with international schools and recruitment agents to promote our award-winning summer programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with agents and schools across Asia.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable first point of contact for partners.
Sales Strategy
- Collaborate on developing and executing a robust B2B recruitment strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities in new territories and drive enrollment targets.
Outreach & Marketing
- Represent Oxford Royale at recruitment fairs, school visits, and agent events.
- Host engaging webinars to train and onboard new agents.
Administration
- Maintain detailed records using our CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create bespoke materials.

Essential Qualifications
- Proven success in international business development and sales within the education sector
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Established network of agent partners in Asia.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Drive, and Zoom.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
- Fluency in an Asian language (e.g., Mandarin) to support regional partnerships.
- Experience in delivering webinars or virtual presentations.

- Competitive compensation package: £50,000 OTE.
