As a Learning and Development Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. You'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. Your work will directly support our commitment to ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge and competencies they need to thrive.
You'll work closely with various departments to tailor learning initiatives to the specific needs of the business, all while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. You'll be empowered to deliver training that inspires and motivates, making a real impact on individuals and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Deliver Training: Create and deliver high-quality training programs for new employees, ensuring they meet both company and industry standards.
- Engage and Support: Provide one-on-one feedback to employees and their line managers to support growth and improvement.
- Create Innovative Materials: Develop engaging training materials such as PowerPoint presentations, lesson plans, handouts, assessments, and evaluations.
- Utilise Technology: Use electronic competence and learning management systems to track and document training and competencies.
- Flexible Delivery: Provide training tailored to the unique needs of the business, ensuring both individual and organizational objectives are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Embed evaluation into every stage of the training process to ensure that we are always improving the effectiveness of our learning programs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous L&D/Training experience (essential).
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs using a blended learning approach.
- A strong ability to manage multiple priorities, plan your workload, and ensure training activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- A resourceful, can-do attitude to training development, delivery, and analysis.
- The ability to evaluate and assess training effectiveness to continuously improve programs and outcomes.
