Pay Range: $51,300.00 - $76,900.00

Location: This position will be based onsite in our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Job Duties

Captures, organizes, and maintains knowledge related to program solutions, technical expertise, user support, training materials, data management, reporting processes, SharePoint site administration, quality assurance protocols, and compliance requirements.
Develops and updates documentation, manuals, guides, and training materials to support users and stakeholders in utilizing program solutions effectively.
Provides technical expertise and support to users, troubleshoots issues, and delivers training sessions as needed.
Manages and maintains data repositories, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Conducts quality assurance checks on program solutions, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance with university standards and regulatory requirements.
Fosters a culture of collaboration and communication within the Program Solutions Administration team and across relevant stakeholders.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Proficiency in program solutions, technical systems, and tools relevant to higher education administration.
Strong understanding of user support principles, training methodologies, and instructional design concepts.
Experience in data management, reporting, and analysis using relevant software and platforms.

Minimum Qualifications
