We're searching for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent on a 12 month fixed term contract.

You'll design the strategy, create impactful learning programs, and deliver training that directly empowers our teams to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement a comprehensive European L&D strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Design and deliver engaging induction and onboarding programs that make new hires feel welcome and valued.
Develop a robust performance management and development framework to help our employees reach their full potential.
Identify and develop high-potential talent through targeted leadership programs.
Oversee the LMS, creating and curating high-quality learning content.
Provide engaging training experiences in various formats (classroom, online, blended).
Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to drive L&D initiatives.
Analyse L&D metrics to measure program effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

Essential

Proven L&D experience with a strong track record of delivering results
Expertise in designing and delivering training programs for both IT and non-IT roles
Experience in a multinational organisation
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with LMS implementation and management
Strong project management and organisational abilities

Desirable

Coaching and mentoring qualifications
Knowledge of adult learning theories
Experience with learning analytics and ROI measurement
