Business Development Representative (Remote with Travel)

Locations: Vancouver, BC (territory-based, local travel required, ~3 hour radius)

OTE: $80K–$100K | Base: $50K–$60K | Uncapped Commission

This job will be primarily remote, but will require the successful candidate to travel to client sites as needed.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative is a dynamic trailblazer, responsible for igniting new business opportunities and fuelling revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing promising leads.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 CAD base with approximate OTE between $80,000.00 to $100,000.00

Commission: Uncapped Commission

What you will be doing:

Actively seek out and visit potential clients to promote products/services and present new opportunities.
Negotiate, and execute service agreements, including pricing schedules.
Conduct cold calls and manage the entire sales process using CRM tools.
Develop and maintain lists of prospects, set up introduction meetings, and give sales presentations.
Assist in implementing new programs for clients and upsell additional services/products to meet business targets.

Someone who can navigate a CRM with ease and enjoys learning new technology!
Likes getting creative with Excel, Word, and impress clients with your PowerPoint skills
