What you'll do

Design and deliver interactive digital learning solutions, including e-learning courses, micro-learnings, simulations, assessments, and job aids.
Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend evidence-based learning or alternative solutions.
Use data, analytics, and evaluation frameworks to measure learning impact and inform improvements.
Ensure content meets accessibility, brand, and technical standards while incorporating emerging learning technologies.
Develop and maintain digital tools, templates, and platforms to support learning initiatives.
Manage multiple projects, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining compliant training records.

What you bring

Proven experience designing and delivering digital learning solutions, including e-learning, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe 360.
Skilled in developing interactive content and using tools such as Microsoft Office, Vyond, and Synthesia.
Strong project experience: stakeholder management, design, and execution of digital learning initiatives.
Deep expertise in digital learning; not an operational trainer, but an SME in creating impactful learning experiences.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 A-AA), adult learning principles, and current digital learning trends.
Experience across any sector is welcome, ideally in financial services or asset management, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business impact.
