The L&D Coordinator develops, deploys, and monitors training collateral associated with process and policies, both to address non-compliance and to communicate new process and policies. The L&D Coordinator also serves as the administrator of the U1 L&D platform, keeping rosters and cohorts up to date, and providing reporting to both the Director of Business Process & Organizational Excellence, as well as other business leaders as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Learning & Development: Design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, leveraging educational tools and platforms to reinforce proper process execution as well as development across the organization.
Training Collateral Creation: Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality training materials and collateral.
Data Analytics & Dashboard Architecture: Design, build, and maintain L&D dashboards.
LMS Administration: Using data provided by HR, Vendor Management, and other department leads, develop and maintain learner cohorts within the LMS platform. Assign coursework and schedule instructor lead training.
Executive Reporting: Regularly report training completion rates and trends directly to the Director of Business Process and Organizational Excellence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Background in Learning Management Systems (Thinkific, Absorb, TalentLMS, etc.) administration.
Experience in developing learning collateral (SCORM compliant, or other).
Ability to work across multiple teams to determine training needs, and develop plans to deploy and monitor necessary training.
Experience in fast-growing or multi-division companies is preferred.
