Skills & Qualifications

No formal HR, coaching, or training qualification required — a passion for people and growth is essential.
Experience in Sales, HR, Coaching, Training, or Customer Service is highly regarded.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Genuine interest in mindset, leadership, and success education.
Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic remote environment.
