About the position:

As a Founder Associate at Tomorrow University, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education for impactful careers. Your responsibilities will include managing B2B relationships, conducting strategic research, supporting the founders in steering the company towards its vision, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and spearheading key project management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management & Customer Success of B2B Partnerships, University partners or any other organizations (NGOs). Support B2B Partner Outreach, Management of B2B partnerships
Conduct research and create actionable insights for the founders incl. strategic decision-making processes, research on industry trends, market analysis, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Operations Management: Support the founders operating the company towards our vision and OKR’s, by running cross functional projects and enabling full transparency. Work with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and policies. Coordination and facilitation of leadership meetings, and follow up on actionable points.
Cross functions: Act as a liaison between different teams ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals. Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and project
Project Management: You will play a key role in coordinating major projects and initiatives of the company by creating schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring all stakeholders stay on track.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or higher within the 21st century competencies
You have previous relevant experience in fast-pacing environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup
You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team
Strong strategic planning and operational management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results
Experience in sales, partnerships and contracting.
You cope well with frequent change and ambiguity. Changing tasks & requirements excite you. You are able to think logically, break down complex problems and prioritise between multiple tasks on your table.
Analytical skills and a great eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of professionals and stakeholders.
