WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and execute learning programs end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and participant communications, while partnering with the Learning & Development Specialist to support enterprise learning initiatives through tracking, coordination, and implementation.
Maintain and manage the LMS, including course setup, registrations, completions, reporting, and supporting users with system navigation.
Coordinate learning components of onboarding and track completion of mandatory and compliance training across the organization.
Support evaluation processes, maintain learning data and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve processes and program delivery.
Prepare and distribute learning communications and ensure participants and facilitators have a positive, well-supported experience.
Assist with coordinating external training providers, including scheduling, documentation, and related administrative activities.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING

You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out: RAIC Program and Application Information
2–4 years of experience in a learning & development, training, HR, or related corporate environment
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, Adult Learning, or a related field is preferred.
Experience coordinating programs or events, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Hands-on experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) (Dayforce Learning or similar is an asset)

WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET

Bilingual in English and French
Familiarity with onboarding, compliance training, or enterprise learning programs
Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking tools to support program delivery and improvement
