Join Our UK Group Academy Team As a Specialist, UK Group Academy, Where You Will Help Shape Impactful Learning Experiences And Support Employees In Their Professional Development Journey. You Will Work Closely With Internal Stakeholders To Coordinate Training Initiatives And Ensure a High-quality Learning Environment

Full responsibility for the organisation, coordination and administration of internal training programmes
Acting as the main point of contact for all "Learning Management System"- related enquiries and support
Coordinating bookings, attendance, trainers and participants for internal training sessions
Sending reminders and tracking completion of mandatory trainings
Supporting the organisation of in-person and virtual training sessions (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
Handling administrative and financial tasks such as cost tracking, invoicing and internal cross‑charging
Preparing documentation and reports and supporting the continuous development of learning offerings

Qualifications

Ideally, you have some initial professional experience
You are characterized by a high level of commitment, initiative, and the ability to work independently
You possess strong communication and organizational skills
You work with a high degree of precision and place great value on reliability and customer service
You have a strong affinity for IT topics and are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
