We’re looking for a Senior L&D Specialist who will play a key role in shaping and driving learning, talent, and leadership development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying development needs, designing impactful learning solutions, and building programs that strengthen individual, team, and organizational capabilities. By partnering closely with managers and business leaders, you will enable continuous learning, support talent growth, develop future leaders, and ensure employees have the skills and competencies needed to meet evolving business and technology demands.

What you’ll do:

Identify organizational, team, and individual development needs and independently design development initiatives aligned with business strategy
Own and continuously improve Span’s Learning & Development strategy and annual development roadmap
Design, implement, and manage talent development, retention, and talent recognition programs
Develop and deliver leadership development programs for managers, team leads, and future leaders
Design and implement external and internal learning initiatives, including Learning Hubs, academies, workshops, e-learning content, and training programs
Partner with People & Culture, Communications, IT, and business teams to develop and enhance digital learning tools and learning experiences
Support succession planning initiatives by identifying and developing high-potential talent
Manage and optimize budgets related to learning, development and external education
Research market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in L&D and talent development, especially within the IT industry
Continuously evaluate and improve development programs, learning methodologies, and employee development processes based on data and stakeholder feedback

What we expect:

Minimum 7 years of work experience in L&D roles or similar (preferably in fast-growing environment of the IT industry)
Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools
Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning methodologies
Creativity and flexibility in designing learning experiences, with the ability to move beyond traditional classroom approaches and leverage modern, engaging, and business-relevant learning methods
Experience in working closely with managers and senior stakeholders on talent development initiatives
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and analyze development metrics
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently propose, lead, and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs
Proficiency in working with MS Office package
Excellent communication, presentation and social skills
Active knowledge of English in speech and writing
