Lead the training and development initiatives for our Multinational team

As the Multinational Learning & Development Executive, you will be creating comprehensive onboarding programmes for new hires and upskilling existing employees for our Multinational team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing training solutions that consider time zone differences, resource constraints and cultural nuances.

As a Multinational Learning & Development Executive, you'll be responsible for:

Collaborating with our induction team and creating bespoke onboarding content to accommodate different time zones, cultural sensitivities and resource availability
Supporting with the delivery of onboarding programmes for all new employees joining the multinational team
Working closely with HR and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding across various regions
Collaborating with regional leaders and supporting development and delivery of training programmes for existing Multinational employees
Upskilling the UK sales team on best practices and model behaviours for working with large global customers
Acting as a key liaison between the stakeholders across the business and be the main point of contact between the Multinational team and other departments to ensure consistent delivery of training
Be an ambassador for both the Multinational team and L&D team, promoting the value of continuous learning and professional development

What We Need From You

Experience in a Learning & Development role with an exposure of a global or multi-regional focus would be desirable
An ability to design training programmes that encompass a strong understanding of cultural differences
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering training both in-person and virtually will be required
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time
Previous experience of working within a sales teams related to global customer engagement would be beneficial
Willingness to travel both across the UK and international and flexibility to work on different time zones
