We are looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at RSight®.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using various methods, including our AI capabilities.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal applicant system.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Stay current on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or in an area related to the socio-humanistic field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (min. 2 years).
C2 in French and C1 in English (mandatory).
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
