Learning and Development Support Manager / NC and TN

The LDSM will provide administrative/developmental support to new and existing training coordinators across RHA. The LDSM will be responsible for training new/existing training coordinators on the standard processes for communication with instructors, scheduling NEO & recertifications courses, coordinating schedules/learners, reporting training compliance, and record keeping. The LDSM will monitor monthly schedules and reports and escalate any risks to local leadership, as necessary.

The LDSM will serve as a back-up to the Workday Learning administrator with the ability to run reports, configure campaigns, troubleshoot errors, etc.

This position is remote and can reside anywhere in NC or TN with the requirement to travel mostly within NC and TN.

Pay: $60,000-$65,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

Assists with the development of training plans by state/program.
Assists in project management for specialized training with SMEs for enterprise learning.
Orienting new training coordinators on their primary job responsibilities and duties.
Provide periodic oversight of training coordinators’ main functional areas – reporting, scheduling, and record keeping.
Provide remediation to training coordinators when deemed necessary by local leadership.
Host ongoing virtual and in-person training opportunities for training coordinators.
Provide detailed follow-up to local leadership if training/remediation presents concern.
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

BA/BS in Human Services
2 or more years of experience in a training role
1 or more years of experience working in MH/SUS/IDD services
Experience leading large groups with an indirect reporting relationship
Experience with O365, Storyline 360, and Workday/Workday Learning preferred.
Travel up to 50% / 50% remote
