Responsibilities

Learning Management System Coordination

Provide LMS admin and functional support to include enrollments, granting access, assigning activites, training LMS users and management.
Create and upload courses, monitor certifications, course change management, manage users and designing menus/pages.
Work with leadership and trainers to assist with creation, publication and delivery to teams.

Training & Event Coordination

Coordinate training events, prepare training logistics, coordinate prep and distribution of materials and maintain follow up task list to ensure timely completion.
Manage event planning for corporate events including working with external vendors and budget management.
Manage all aspects from design concept, food/beverage, seat planning, transportation, lighting and audiovisual needs to deliver world class presentations/experience.
