As the cornerstone of our HR department, your influence will be pivotal. You’ll be responsible for creating and nurturing a workplace that is as inclusive, dynamic, and forward-thinking as the tech world we navigate.

Responsibilities

Foster our culture, and be a reference for our vision, mission, and values;
Understand the business and the needs of the company as a whole (business and employees);
Build and own the hiring plan;
Ensure smooth and successful onboarding/offboarding processes;
Take part in onboarding operations;
Help develop a training plan for all the areas that compose our company;
Take ownership of the performance reviews;
Experience with compliance and labor and employment laws;
Take on recruitment processes from the ground up.

Job Requirements

Must-Haves

At least 6 years of professional experience in the HR field;
Experience with defining training and development plans;
Ability to expose the culture, values, vision, and mission of the company;
Conflict Management skills; Experience working in startups;
Excellent fluency in English – both verbal and written;
Critical thinking and sharp attention to detail;
Learning-oriented, and a motivated spirit;
Location in Portugal (preferably Lisbon).

Nice-to-Haves

Experience working in tech companies;
Experience with remote/hybrid work.
