Piper Companies is looking for a Learning and Development Communications Specialist to join a high-impact, growth-oriented learning organization to drive strategic messaging, support executive communications, and create engaging content that supports learning initiatives and leadership visibility.

Responsibilities for the Learning and Development Communications Specialist:

Craft clear, compelling scripts and communications that support learning programs and leadership engagement
Shape and deliver strategic messaging for executive stakeholders and organizational initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with business goals and learning outcomes
Develop and manage content across multiple channels to support internal campaigns and training efforts

Qualifications for Learning and Development Communications Specialist:

5+ years of experience in communications, preferably within corporate learning or executive communications
Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating scripts, speeches, and strategic messaging
Proven ability to position ideas effectively and tailor messaging for different audiences
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent storytelling and content development abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field

Compensation/Benefits for Learning and Development Communications Specialist:

Salary/Rate Range: $50 – $55/hour depending on experience and qualifications
