About the Role
As a Training and Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping others unlock their potential. This is not a traditional 9–5 job—it’s a flexible, remote opportunity where you will guide, mentor, and inspire individuals on their growth journey. Responsibilities

Facilitate and deliver leadership and personal growth training (virtually).
Guide individuals through structured development programs.
Provide mentorship, resources, and accountability to clients and team members.
Implement strategies to support growth, confidence, and leadership in others.
Collaborate with a global network of professionals.
Continually invest in your own learning and leadership growth.

Qualifications

Strong interest in personal development, leadership, and training.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to grow.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in coaching, teaching, training, consulting, or related fields is a plus (but not required).
