We are locally based service provider for the NL offshore oil and gas industry since 1997 and are currently searching for an individual to fill a Training Coordinator position. Specifically, we are looking for an individual to assist with onbording and training logistics for upcoming projects in the offshore during 2025. We need someone who has meticulous attention to detail and is a good communicator. The individual will be motivated to learn and able to work individually or as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interfacing with craft labour and local training providers to organize and execute Offshore HSE training
Assit with onboarding craft labour for offshore clients
Interface with clients and craft labour to ensure correct training requirements are fulfilled
Responsible for accuracy and mainteance of training records and the overall training/certification program for the workforce
Maintenace of HSE training database and associated reporting requirements fto clients and management
Assist with general office duties if required

Desired Qualifications:

Relevant post-secondary education preferred
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience relevant expereince
Knowledge of offshore training regime would be considered an asset
Ability to prioritize demands and schedules as per client requirements
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Above average communication and organizational skills
Commitment to supplying the client with first rate, 24/7 service.

Wage is negotiable based on experience & qualifications.
