Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting child engagement. This role involves developing and implementing educational programs, assessing child progress, and collaborating with visiting coordinator to enhance the overall educational experience. Level 4 ECE qualification is preferred to ensure a comprehensive understanding of academic standards and practices in a homebased learning environment.

Duties

Develop and deliver play based activities to cater diverse learners.
Assess children's learning and development through , observations, providing constructive feedback to parents to support their growth.
Create a supportive learning environment that encourages children's participation, critical thinking, and collaboration.
Collaborate with fellow educators to design learning programs that enrich the educational experience.
Maintain learning assessments.
Communicate effectively with , parents, and colleagues regarding Childs learning progress and any concerns that may arise.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and stakeholders.
Ability to create inclusive play and activities that accommodate various learning abilities and cultural backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing activities with minimum of 4 children at one time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.59 - $27.20 per hour
