Litigation Management, Inc. (LMI) is seeking a full-time, remote Technical Training and Development Specialist. The specialist designs, implements, monitors, and delivers training programs for assigned Operations functions. A successful candidate will be an effective communicator, have previous experience in providing remote technical training, and have proven ability to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of new systems and operating procedures.

This is a full-time remote position with an expected schedule of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm ET, Monday – Friday. Additional hours may be necessary at times based on deadlines and workload.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:

Acquiring in-depth technical knowledge of the provider entry and record retrieval functions by participating in training and working hands-on in production.
Delivering established new hire, follow-along, and refresher training programs to appropriate workgroups.
Creating training programs for Operations team using the most effective training methods based on audience, content, and business goals.
Partnering with different Operations teams and managers to track efficacy of training programs and adjusting as needed.
Measuring success and ROI of training program on an ongoing basis.
Evaluating training tools and identifying the resources necessary to create and implement effective training programs.

Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in education, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in providing remote technical training to audiences diverse in knowledge and experience.
Demonstrated success in providing effective remote training/instruction.
Ability to adjust to a complex, evolving, and deadline-driven environment.
Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field.
Paralegal certification, JD, or equivalent legal experience.
Previous experience in record collection/acquisition.
Ability to identify components of legal and medical records.
Experience in health information management.
