Job Responsibilities

Engage in comprehensive curriculum product planning for the subject domain, overseeing critical commercial metrics such as acquisitions, conversions, renewals, and reimbursements. Implement strategic adaptations informed by competitive scrutiny and a robust data infrastructure.
Collaborate with research, education, and business units to monitor and elevate product quality through user and business input. Elevate customer contentment levels and foster favorable word-of-mouth.
Foster interdepartmental collaboration and synchronize with upstream and downstream teams (encompassing local and global markets, as well as business units) to strategically package products, conduct routine promotional endeavors, and ensure the efficacious implementation of training initiatives.

Qualifications

Possess a full-time bachelor's degree or higher, demonstrating English proficiency for professional contexts.
