Reporting into the Training Manager within the Customer Success function, this individual will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of digital learning content, for KYC360's software solutions.

This role may be hybrid, or fully remote, depending upon the candidate's location.

Main Responsibilities

Proactively work with subject matter experts and stakeholders, to understand the KYC360 platform and use-cases, to determine associated learning requirements.
Design, storyboard, and build highly engaging digital learning content, including full e-learning courses, video and multi-media.
Empower end users through the creation of effective learning solutions, converting technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning materials.
Showcase solution functionality to drive best practise user engagement, product utilisation and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and continuously improve the existing KYC360 library of digital learning content, including SCORM courses and instructional videos.
Assist with the management of the KYC360 Learning Academy (LMS), handling enrolments and monitoring course completions and feedback.
Monitor industry trends within digital learning and apply them where appropriate.

Previous Experience

Critical: Demonstrate expertise in instructional design and e-learning development concepts.
Critical: Highly proficient in video editing and e-learning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
Critical: Experienced in working with learning management systems (LMS), including learning content deployments for large volumes of learners.
Desirable: Formal training qualifications in training design e.g. TAP.
Desirable: Experience of working with Docebo Learn LMS.
Desirable: Experience of delivering instructor-led training and the ability to move between digital and traditional teaching methods.
Desirable: Background in financial crime prevention.
