KPMG Israel is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join us.

What does the role include?

Design, develop, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead the creation of training programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Conduct needs assessments and analyze skill gaps to tailor learning initiatives for different business units.
Manage the full lifecycle of training programs, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using KPIs and feedback tools.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovative learning technologies to continuously improve offerings.
Support leadership development programs and talent management initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s degree – an advantage).
Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or training management roles.
Proven experience in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and modern training methodologies.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
