Learning and Development Manager

For our International Client, leader in Supply Chain industry, we are s looking for

Learning and Development Manager

The candidate, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director will have the following responsibilities:

Lead an passionate team, managing all aspects related to people training, development and engagement;
Manage and support any special project of change and for talents (D&I, Well Being);
Training: definition of needs, planning of actions, identification and management of funding sources, management and monitoring;
People Development: analysis and contribution to the definition of action plans, management of development plans and related projects;
Support in the definition of corporate policies, procedures and management of cascading internal communication plans;
Engagement: contribution to the definition of the plans in line with the corporate strategy;

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar managerial role in a International Company
Good knowledge of MS Office (excel. Power Point, etc.);
Fluent in English;
Strong leadership and team building attitudes;
Passion for HR and Ability to engage people;
Relationship care and inner positive attitude
