At JonAyves Learning Club, we are seeking passionate individuals who are eager to make a significant difference in the educational journey of students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. If you specialize in reading, math, spelling, and/or writing and love guiding young minds, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

Your Impact:

- Teach engaging lessons in one or more of these areas of expertise: reading, math, spelling, and/or writing.

- Assign and ensure the completion of homework to reinforce the practice and repetition vital for the JonAyves Method.

- Use our innovative Planning and Tracking programs to help students achieve their learning goals.

- Collaboratively engage with parents to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Qualifications:

- A strong commitment to education and student development.

- Proficiency with technology for effective remote teaching.

- Looking for a meaningful, contract-based role.

- Willingness to engage with at least one student per week regularly.

- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is advantageous.

- Experience working with Black or other underrepresented cultures is highly valued, reflecting our commitment to diversity and inclusive education.

- Currently in University an asset.

- Knowledge of or interest in the Canadian and US education systems an asset.

- Experience working with Black or other underrepresented cultures an asset.
