IDR is seeking a Instructional Designer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will partner with HR/Talent Management stakeholders to design and build engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization in the healthcare industry while creating high-impact training content and learning assets.

Position Overview for the Instructional Designer :

Design and develop learning experiences for classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced eLearning programs
Create course content, storyboards, prototypes, and supporting design documentation for stakeholder review
Build and maintain learning assets such as job aids, workshop materials, slide decks, and digital resources
Develop content for leadership, onboarding, and talent/manager development initiatives
Partner cross-functionally to conduct needs assessments and align learning solutions to business outcomes

Requirements for the Instructional Designer :

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
5+ years of instructional design experience creating end-to-end learning solutions
Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual/slide design capabilities for workshop delivery
Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/360, Captivate, H5P) and LMS content management
Proficiency with digital media/graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce polished learning assets
