Pay: $35 - $40/hr.

Your Job:
The People Partner will work directly with an aligned business unit to provide HR counsel and support. Working closely with the broader HR team, you will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the planning and day-to-day HR activities of the Company. Responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle, employee relations, performance management and compliance. This specific role will support a part of the Sales organization.

Responsibilities:

Serves as first contact for people managers on matters related to leading teams, providing guidance and coaching, identifying appropriate resources and stakeholders to involve, and coordinating with other areas of HR as needed
Collaborates closely with Strategy Advisors and COEs, bringing information, resources and updates to the business and identifying areas where new programs may need to be designed
Serves as first point of contact for HR within their assigned business unit, and supports the planning, review and execution of HR strategies
Serves as a trusted advisor to people leaders at all levels in matters related to talent development, organization performance, engagement, culture, and leadership
Provides insight into people data, guiding people managers through workforce planning and people strategies to help inform decisions and identify trends
Supports talent review process, ensuring managers understand the steps and complete activities properly
Identifies capability gaps in current workforce and sets strategies to help address future needs by collaborating with the COEs
Works closely with the People Service Center to support HR program execution
Identifies recommendations for HR process enhancements and corporate initiatives for strategic planning and development
Coach managers and individual contributors on performance management issues and create/implement performance improvement plans
Proactively manages legal risk, ensuring manager and employee compliance with company policy and procedure
Coach managers and individual contributors on behavioral management issues and create/implement disciplinary procedures

Who you are:

You have experience providing HR counsel and a full range of support services (HR compliance, performance management, policy implementation, termination, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and coaching, change management facilitation, etc.) to frontline leaders
You have experience assisting with planning/roll-outs for HR programs and initiatives
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of broad HR knowledge within a professional environment
2+ years of HR Generalist experience is preferred
2+ years of experience with direct client interaction is preferred
Proven experience working to improve programs and propose solutions to improve practices
Experience completing ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR /Partner teams
