Quality Improvement Specialist – Hospital Engagement

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to recruit and support hospitals in participating in quality improvement projects. This role combines health care quality improvement expertise, strong recruiting skills, and project management experience.

What you'll do

Recruit and enroll hospitlas to participate in quality improvement initiatives
Build relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leaders
Provide quality improvement coaching and technical assistance
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and participation tracking
Facilitate meetings, trainings, and collaborative learning sessions

What you bring

RN degree required (Master's preferred)
3+ years hospital RN experience
3+ years in health care quality improvement (hospital preferred)
Experience with recruitment, outreach, or sales/partnership development
Knowledge of hospital operations and quality programs
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Advanced remote work technology experience
Experience maintaining a CRM database
