As a Leadership & Development Consultant, you will apply your background in leadership, communication, and relationship management to support client engagement and professional development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Conduct professional outreach and initial engagement with prospective clients
Facilitate structured discovery conversations
Relationship management and ongoing client communication

Candidate Profile

Minimum 7+ years of professional work experience (leadership, corporate, consulting, education, operations, or client-facing roles)
