The Learning & Development Coordinator works within the Talent Development arm of the People Team and plays a vital role in co-ordinating the planning, facilitation and administration of all training & development activities, including internal and external training, and apprenticeship / internship programmes.

Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve...

A natural people person, you will be passionate about making the employee experience at Future world class
A self starter who is highly organised, driven and enthusiastic, with proven project management skills
An understanding of the Training & Development landscape
An understanding of how the Apprenticeship Levy works in England, and ideally experience in managing apprenticeship (and other talent) programmes
Technology-savvy. Familiarity with learning platforms and other talent technologies to run efficient development programmes
Able to analyse and understand data and information quickly, and to tell a story with data

The expected range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000

This is a Hybrid role from our Bath Office, working three days from the office, two from home
