Job Description

The Director of Training along with the VP of Training and Operations, and other company stakeholders supports the development and strategy of company-wide training curriculum. They are responsible for the assessment, creation, implementation of all business-wide training efforts including design, facilitation of engaging live, virtual and other training to support the business goals of the company and ensure exceptional execution of training curriculum to clients.

Identify and assess the training needs of the client organization thru consultation with the client contacts
Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs
Develop training curriculum that target tangible results
Implement effective and purposeful training methods
Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management
Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees, clients, and training vendors to develop and deliver training
Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
Manage, supervise, and coach other trainers within organization
Support training curriculum strategy and design and deployment of content
Setting clear direction, effective plans and measurable outcomes through the management of each project to ensure delivery of services are on-time and within budget
Support budget planning processes
Ensuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resources
Provide training facilitation, as needed
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

Experience in leading all aspects of a detailed, multi-component program from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes
Fantastic organizational and time management skills
Strategic and creative mindset
Meticulous attention to detail
Expertise in training and facilitation
Education Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science
Experience and/or Training 15 years of experience in Training and Development,
Licenses/Certificates none
Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Preferred Master’s Degree in Science or similar discipline
Experience and/or Training Preferred 15+ years of experience in Training and Development; Preferred 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences Leadership; Preferred 5+ years of experience in People Management
Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Suite, Veeva or similar software, Learning Management Systems

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $148,000 - $200,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
