Key Responsibilities

Assess the training needs of the company on an organisational, departmental, and individual level.
Design, develop and implement engaging learning programs, tools, and content.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops using various methods (i.e. in-person, virtual, blended).
Create materials, including training, presentations, handouts, and e-learning content to support continuous development and performance management.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to guide improvements in Ebiquity's learning landscape.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure L&D initiatives support business goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends, innovations, technology, and best practice, and share insights to support improvements and excellence within L&D and the wider People Team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Solid experience in corporate learning & development delivery across multiple countries and time zones.
Expert in conception and design of learning programmes and (product) training development.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, behavioural change and instructional design.
Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies.
Experience with creating learning management systems, preferably Skillsoft and Talent LMS.
Fluent English skills (written and verbal).
