Position: Patient Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

As a Patient Acquisition Specialist at Darkheart Apothecary, you will play a vital role in driving patient growth and expanding our influence within the holistic healthcare community. We seek enthusiastic individuals who can effectively engage with potential patients, promote our diverse services, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative patient acquisition strategies to attract and retain new clients at Darkheart Apothecary.
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives aimed at enhancing our visibility and expanding our patient base.
Engage directly with potential patients through various channels, providing clear and informative details about our holistic services while addressing inquiries.
Schedule appointments for new patients and follow up to ensure a positive onboarding experience that encourages long-term retention.
Monitor and analyze patient acquisition metrics, delivering regular performance reports to management to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to optimize acquisition efforts, sharing insights and contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive commission structure ranging from $20 to $40 per commission earned, with high earning potential based on performance.
Eligibility for overtime pay after achieving 30 commissions in a pay period, calculated at 1.85 times the base pay.
