Job Title: Training Administrator

Location: Remote

Shift: 7 AM – 4 PM CST

Job Description

Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, Moodle LMS, Articulate 360, and Verbal and Written Communication.

Seeking a passionate and experienced Training Administrator (TA) to manage Instructor-Led and Virtual training courses through a Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging and interactive learning experiences, leveraging various virtual platforms, connecting with participants in a virtual environment, and contributing to the daily administration and coordination of the training program. Experience with technology training programs and Moodle LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

· Create and implement programs, maintain records, and prepare reports on training activities.

· Ensure that all the training programs are engaging and running smoothly.

· Develop interactive training content using articulate 360.

· Use a structured and approved curriculum to conduct a fully remote cycle.

· Engage in business development activities in recruiting students for various training programs.

· Creating content on social media platforms and updating website content

· Utilize an in-house Moodle Learning Management System

· Maintain regular office hours to support students' questions

Skills and Qualifications

· BA/BS University Degree in administration, education, or related field. A professional certification will be an added advantage.

· Minimum of three years of experience as a Training Administrator, focusing on online delivery.

· Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging virtual training sessions.

· Proven experience in career and personal development coaching is an added advantage

· Familiarity with virtual training platforms and e-learning tools.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.

· Administrative experience and proficiency in Drupal website management.

· Excellent collaboration and teamwork.

Language

· Excellent / Fluent command in written and spoken English language.

Additional requirements

· Remote work will require a computer, web camera, and high-speed internet.

· A pre-employment test for skills and working computer skills will be required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
