This is a remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1 Facilitate the development, implementation and maintenance of a quality control process for all
facility developed courses, student groups and assignments.
2 Analyze monthly reports for any outdated courses or assignments, take appropriate action to
notify the facility and monitor the process for timely correction.
3 Ensure compliance with the Facility Course Development Policy, including adherence to the
naming conventions, graphics, references and the “Legal Matters” section of the policy by
performing routine audits of facility level material.
4 Provides ongoing support of continuous learning processes throughout CHS working with facilities
to ensure that learning adheres closely to the ADDIE theory.
5 Must cross train on various e-learning products, software and services to become a cohesive part
of the Advanced Learning Center Team. This will include, but is not limited to, knowledge of the
course catalog, assignments, reporting, troubleshooting and all vendor relations.
6 Consistently demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention
to the professional appearance of all documentation and data provided to others.
7 Maintain positive customer relations with our internal and external customers by providing
assistance as needed via email, phone or video meetings.

8 Special projects as assigned, including, but not limited to, Corporate Course Review and Database
Maintenance.

Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma
Preferred Education: Associate Degree in relevant field

Preferred Experience: 2 years’ experience in education, instructional design or a computer related field.

Computer Skills Required: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, Microsoft Office
