Are you ready to take on the challenge of innovating in retail? We are looking for a future colleague to join our team with the mission of contributing to the development of a modern business model, in the role of Learning and Development Specialist.

Your main responsibilities:

Contributes to determining the training and development needs for various categories of employees and proposes training and development programs;
Identifies relevant external providers in order to cover the training needs, plans and coordinates the implementation;
Plans, coordinates and executes Learning & Development projects across the organization;
Reports on project progress and status (tracking and reporting on status, risks and issues);
Manages the development of internal development programs, in order to bring a qualitative contribution to the beneficiaries in achieving the performance objectives;
Creates, communicates and implements in the organization the framework for different learning and development processes;
Contributes to determining the training and development needs for various categories of employees and proposes trainings and development programs;
Maintains a close connection with the operational in order to be aware of all organizational changes and to meet them;
Maintains a close connection with the participants after the learning sessions, in order to assess the results of the learning sessions and to propose ideas of improvement.

Profile we are looking for:

Previous experience in Learning & Development;
Excel and PowerPoint medium to advanced level;
Has excellent communication and influencing skills, including public speaking abilities;
Team player – open to share experiences and best practices, so we can learn together;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
