Position: Senior Human Resources Officer

As Senior Marketing Specialist, you'll work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute the highest-quality marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring all marketing plans align with Cabrio's goals, mission, and vision. Additional responsibilities include in-depth market research, running A/B tests, brainstorming different pricing strategies, and fine-tuning ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

What you will be responsible for:

HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Cabrio's overall business goals, ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, handling conflicts, and facilitating communication between staff and management
Performance Management: Oversee the development and execution of performance evaluation processes to ensure a high-performing workforce
Employee Onboarding: Design and implement an engaging and effective onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles and the Cabrio culture
Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market
Learning & Development: Identify training needs, organize and facilitate workshops, and support continuous employee development
HR Operations & Compliance: Manage HR processes, including employee records, contracts, and payroll, while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
Policy Development: Create and update company policies to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive company culture, boost employee morale, and improve retention rates
HR Data & Analytics: Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as employee turnover and satisfaction, to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

What You Need To Be Successful

+3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels
Proven track record in handling HR operations, performance management, and employee relations
Proficiency in HR management tools and software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and project management skills
Fluency in both Arabic and English

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience in a luxury, transportation, or technology startup environment
Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, and payroll software
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, etc.)
Experience leading HR initiatives in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
