To design, facilitate and embed high-impact learning experiences that build the capabilities, behaviours and mindsets needed to deliver C&C’s business ambition. This role sits at the centre of Talent Development, providing specialist facilitation expertise that can be deployed across the organisation in response to business-prioritised learning needs.

Location : Bristol, London or Glasgow

Travel across the UK will be required, and occasional overnight stays.

About the Role

Facilitate impactful learning programmes across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats.
Design engaging learning content and learner journeys using modern instructional design techniques.
Create high-quality materials using tools such as Articulate and 7Taps.
Support colleagues to apply learning in their day-to-day roles.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve programmes.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver learning that drives behaviour change and business performance.
Stay ahead of learning trends, best practices, and digital innovations.

About You

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and team effectiveness frameworks.
Experience with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate, 7Taps or similar).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Organised, proactive and self-motivated approach.
Experience of Learning Management Systems (Thrive desirable).

Desirable

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent L&D qualification.
Coaching, facilitation or train-the-trainer certification.
Experience evaluating learning impact (e.g. Kirkpatrick).
Knowledge of the drinks industry or a similar commercial environment.
