Position Overview:
Bloom, the insurance industry's trusted growth partner, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources professional to support our learning development efforts. The Learning Development Specialist will design best in class programs focused on onboarding, growing, and developing front-line leaders and individual contributors. This role will focus on building our onboarding, training, and learning operations and platforms. This Learning and Development Specialist will be a highly proactive self-motivator who has a pulse on the latest trends in leadership development and a proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating exceptional leadership and employee education to support continued learning across multiple levels.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can:
. Develop and drive a consistent and best in class onboarding program for front-line leaders and individual contributors.

. Utilize adult learning principles and cutting-edge best practices to drive program effectiveness and adoption.

. Develop and execute engaging and interactive programs and learning content for continuing education for front-line leaders and individual contributors.

. Create learning programs and training content for front-line leaders and individual contributors that link organizational and learning needs to competencies, curriculum, and course objectives.

. Partner with leaders across the organization to assess training and development needs, designing programs that support company goals and values.

. Obtain, organize, or develop training aids such as presentation/course materials, guides, handouts, and workbooks.

. Provide program management, oversight, and support for organizational programs and initiatives related to talent development.

. Facilitate the identification and communication of talent insights for individual and program development.

. Monitor, evaluate, track success across learning programs and deliver reports on eﬀiciencies.

. Develop marketing material and communications in conjunction with other team members to promote relevant courses or learning opportunities in a timely manner.

. Manage our LMS, curate content, and create e-Learning courses.

. Continually ﬁnd opportunities for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement those changes.

. Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve company learning culture.

. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
. Associate degree in human resources, Talent Development, Psychology, Business or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

. 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources, with a focus in Learning & Development and Performance and Talent Development

. Strong experience with learning needs analysis, learning design and implementation, and training facilitation of virtual programs.

. Strong experience implementing and continuously improving performance management and talent development programs.

. Solid facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage a variety of audiences on a variety of topics.

. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with constantly changing priorities.

. Driven self-starter with outstanding project management skills; can juggle multiple projects and priorities resourcefully and at pace.

. Strong business acumen with a focus on outcomes, along with solid analytical skills and a creative, resourceful mindset.
