Responsibilities:

Design and execution of training strategy, plan, and deliverables for Horizon
The development of comprehensive and effective training materials which includes process documentation, end-to-end how-to documentation, quick reference guides, train-the-trainer materials, and videos to ensure easy and immediate access to content
Develop and execute a training plan that targets and tailors essential content to the right teams at the right time in the most effective format
Coordinate and execute training delivery by partnering with the Horizon program team members and business SMEs
Establish and maintain training standards and best practices, including consistent and standardized formats identifiable as Horizon, in alignment with predefined L&D standards
Implement assessment tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs
Analyze training feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve and update training content
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training outcomes align with organizational goals
