Job Overview

We are looking for a Training Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training and development programs. The role will focus on identifying training needs, coordinating training activities, managing training logistics, maintaining training records, and supporting learning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Identify training needs in coordination with departments and stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external training programs based on the annual training plan.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, invitations, attendance, materials, and coordination.
Communicate with training providers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor training delivery and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain training records, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators.
Update LMS platforms and track training activities.
Support learning initiatives such as leadership development and mentorship programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and training budgets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in training, learning and development, HR development, or a similar role.
Experience in coordinating training programs and managing training logistics.
Good knowledge of training needs analysis and training evaluation.
Experience with LMS platforms is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good command of English.
