CORPORATE HR DEVELOPMENT & TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
The Corporate Talent Acquisition & Development Manager contributes to the definition of the Corporate Talent Strategy, being responsible for the design and implementation of the identified initiatives in alignment with the overall Corporate HR Strategy. The role sets corporate guidelines, provides proactive support to ensure effective deployment of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Onboarding activities at Corporate Level.
Responsibilities
- Define the Sourcing channels strategy and their segmentation, map the recruiting Channels and Talent attraction contacts (i,e HeadHunters, Universities) to be used at Corporate level and to be recommended to the WW HR Team
- Support the coordination of the Internal Talent Management initiatives (i.e. internal job posting) as one of the key sourcing channel
- Guarantee an effective onboarding process for Management at ww level as well as provide guidelines for local onboarding benchmarking internally and externally about on-boarding initiatives ensuring a continuous learning and innovation in the assigned area
- Propose and ensure close monitoring of the budget of the Talent Acquisition area
- Cooperate with the Corporate HR Reporting & Organization dept. in assessing both organizational and individual learning and development needs for proposing and preparing L&D programs and activities
- Support for employees and managers through individual development plans and 360° assessment
- Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the Group Talent Review Process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
- Identify, coordinate and implement the WW HR Social Media Plan defined for Talent Acquisition, activating the most effective channels and employer branding initiatives in alignment with Corporate Communication guidelines
- Strategically highlight issues and integrate practices related to access, diversity, and equity into all content and training according to the ESG Company Strategy
Requirements
- Management or Social Sciences degree or equivalent professional qualification - Master’s degree is a plus
- Professional experience of at least 5 years in multinational companies. Preferably, the person will have gained professional experience in matrix and multinational organization
- Fluent spoken and written English
